Happy Friday!
I have a card to share today that was a quick one!! I am getting much more efficient in my stamping abilities!!! LOL!!!
I really liked how this turned out! When I got THESE beautiful wreaths from Serendipity Stamps, I could just picture it hanging on a front door so I made one! The card base was made from Basic Black CS and measures 3 1/4" by 6 1/2". The faux wood is some old SU! paper which I matted on a brown piece of scrap CS which is the same size as the "wood" paper so it would strengthen the door. I added an antique brass brad for the door handle and added door "panels" by cutting the same wood paper and matted with dark brown Bazzill. I then stamped the wreath on Whisper White using Basic Black ink and colored using my More Mustard, Riding Hood Red, Celery, Artichoke, Eggplant and Close to Cocoa ink pads & blender pen. I added some Cinnamon Stickles as well. I then hung the wreath on an antique brass picture holder piece of hardware by tying it with a piece of linen thread. Here is a closer look ~
On the inside, I stamped the sentiment included in THIS Serendipity stamp set using Chocolate Chip ink on Mustard CS. Here is a picture of that ~
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a great weekend!
