Hi!
FIRST, some good news!!! I am fortunate enough to be joining Totally Stampalicious Design Team!! How lucky am I??? They are a fantastic bunch and I will look forward to "working" with them!!!
Now, on to the challenge! This week's Totally Stampalicious challenge is to use our favorite Bugaboo stamp. That is a hard challenge because I love ALL of the Bugaboo stamps!!! I did narrow it down to 2. I wanted both of these stamps sets back before Christmas but they were always sold out so I bought them about a month or so ago because I didn't want to miss out on them for Christmas again!!! LOLOL!!!
For this card, I used the hilarious Pimp my Ride Stella set! The base of this card is Select White with a mat of True Black and then on the top, Kraft snow ball paper from Jillibean Soup. I then added some Select White snow mounds that I cute using my Creative Memories wavy cutter and then added the striped DP from MME Colorful Christmas. I punched is using one of my Martha Stewart punches. The ribbon is Raspberry Fizz from PTI. I stamped the image one time on the snow mounds, again on a scrap of Select White and one more time on the orange polka dot paper, also from Colorful Christmas. I cut just Stella and the presents out from the scrap Select White piece and colored using my copics. I then cut just the sleigh from the polka dot paper and used dimensionals to mount it on top of the first stamped image. I added Stardust Stickles to her hat, snow and snowflakes.
My next card is just as funny!
The base of this card is Regal Rose CS with a mat of Dark Chocolate and then Select White on the bottom and some old Imaginisce Holiday paper on the top. I embossed the bottom using my Swiss Dots embossing folder and punched the DP using my Fiskars Apron border punch. I tied on 2 little bells using burlap string. The image, from Santa Called, was stamped on Select White using Black Memento ink and then colored using my Copics. I also sponged gray in the background to try to make it look like an office! The little sugar and spice label is from an old SU! rubon and the tag I made using my small Martha Stewart tag punch. I stamped the Santa just called on Select White and cut it out in a strip. I added the rest of the sentiment, you ain't getting *@#!. That just CRACKS me up!!! I love that!!! LOLOLOL!!!
I hope you like my Christmas cards! Have a great day!
