Welcome to the October Diva Inspirations Blog Hop! Our Diva Inspirations and Release teams are here to start your month off right with a little Verve inspiration! Here is my card to get things started!
The base of this card is Kraft with decorative paper from Cosmo Cricket's Odds and Ends Collection. I added the cream lace which is from SU! along with a Prima rose and some May Arts green leaf pins. The sentiment is from my MOST FAVORITE Verve set called Small Phrases. I stamped it on Vintage Cream CS using Crumb Cake ink and then cut it out using one of Verve's Charming Oval Dies. I also sponged the edges using Crumb Cake ink.
The envelope was made using Kraft CS and I then inserted the darling little note! The note was made using Verve's Notebook Paper Plain Jane which I stamped on Vintage Cream CS using Crumb Cake ink, cut it out and then used a distressing tool to distress the edges. I then stamped the heart, from You and I, using Riding Hood Red ink and then stamped the Love You, also from the You and I set, using Crumb Cake ink. Stuck it in the envelope and was done!
