Still waiting........
Wow, you are SSSSLLLLOOOOWWWWW!!!!!
Hmmmm...maybe I should eat some LUNCH!!!!!
Oh HI, you're back!!!! OK good, now I can show you my cards and then after you suffer through my cards, details, silly comments, etc....I will let you know who's blog you will hop to next!!! If I told you now, you would have left without seeing my stuff that I really did spend a lot of time on and my feelings would be hurt SO, with that said, here are my cards AND details ~
The base of this card is Baja Breeze with a mat of Basic Black and then Whisper White which has a bottom border punched using one of my Martha punches. I added THESE pink self adhesive rhinestones by Memory Box in the centers of all of the punched flowers. The DARLING cloud DP is by Bella Blvd. and can be found HERE! The pink gingham ribbon is from SU!
I stamped the darling Rock the Farm image from The Greeting Farm on Whisper White card stock using Basic Black ink. I then cut and embossed the image using my rectangle Nesties. I colored the image using a combination of Prismacolor Pencils and a blender pen and Pink Pirouette & Baja Breeze ink pads. I highlighted the bows, buttons, her cheeks and sleeves using THIS Stardust Clear glitter pen. Of course I added some more pink Memory Box rhinestones on her scarf and bows. I matted the image on Basic Black card stock and then using dimensionals to adhere her to the front of the card. Here is a picture of the inside ~
I know you all REALLY want to get going on your blog hopping so just hang tight for a minute and I'll hurry up and show you my second card!!!
The layout of this card is based LOOSELY (I can't follow instructions) on Jen's SFYTT this week. The base of this card is Chocolate Chip card stock with a mat of Pink Pirouette and then THIS Bella Blvd DP called Little Buds. The decorative paper at the top is THIS Bella Blvd Stardust DP and was matted with Whisper White card stock. The ribbon is from May Arts.
The image is one of three images included in The Greeting Farm set called Miss Anya. This set is on backorder until late April but you can email Rachel at hopestampseternal@hotmail.com and reserve your set!!! I stamped the image on Whisper White using Basic Black ink. I colored using a combination of Prismacolor Pencils and a blender pen and Rose Red & Pink Pirouette ink pads. I also paper pieced the purse, tops of her socks and her headband. Were you thinking I forgot to add bling and glitter??? You know that would NEVER happen so I added some more of the Pink Memory Box rhinestones (there are TONS in the package so don't worry, I have plenty left over!!! LOL!!!) on her hair ties and boots. I also highlighted a little glitter on the flower, purse, her top, using the clear Stardust glitter pen. The image was matted with Chocolate Chip card stock and then mounted on the card using dimensionals. The final step was to stamp the Fabulous Friend sentiment (new SU! set that will be coming out next month) on Whisper White using Chocolate Chip ink and punched using my small oval punch. I also stamped the sentiment again, using Chocolate Chip ink, on the decorative Bella Blvd Stardust paper and then lined up the small oval punched sentiment on top and then punched them both out using my large oval punch. I then stamped the flower portion of the sentiment on THIS Belle Blvd DP, cut the flower out, added a Pink rhinestone and mounted on top of the first stamped flower using a dimensional.
Now, from my blog, you need to go to Jessica's blog ~ Shamrocks and Seashells (what a great name huh???) and from Jessica's blog you will get your next mission ~ should you decide to accept it!!! LOL!!! I also want to mention that one of the blogs along your travels will choose a random winner of a 6x6 Basic Grey paper pad (winner's choice) from the comments left so you might want to leave a comment, maybe it will be me!!
Have a great day and be back here tomorrow as I will have some new stuff to show you!!! Thank you for stopping by!
