SCS Sketch Challenge Wednesday....

I actually had this card done earlier today but never got a chance to get it posted until now! The layout of this card is based on today's sketch challenge at SCS. I didn't follow the sketch exact but it's pretty close. Here is my card ~

The base is Sahara Sand with a mat of Whisper White, Soft Sky and then some old SU! DP. The strip across the center is Whisper White and then textured Wild Wasabi CS. The ribbon is Soft Sky and I tied on a flower buckle from SU!'s styled silver hodgepodge. The image is called Turtle with frog and is by Whipper Snapper and was stamped on Whisper White using Basic Black ink. I colored using Prismacolor Pencils. I stamped the image again on Soft Sky CS using Basic Black ink and cut the flowers out and glued them on top of the first stamped flowers. I then added white liquid pearls to the centers of the flowers as well as the dots on the turtle shell. I then cut the image out using my rectangle Nesties and then matted with a scalloped rectangle piece of Soft Sky CS. The sentiment is from Verve's Circular Sayings and was stamped on Sahara Sand using Basic Black ink and then punched using my small oval punch.
