Featured Stamper Sunday ~ Wendy!!!

Good Morning!

It has been a long time since I have been able to play along with the featured stamper challenge!  Today's featured stamper is Wendy and her DARLING card that I CASEd is HERE!  Here is my card ~

 

The base of this card is Summer Sun with a mat of Chocolate Chip and then Whisper White CS.  I embossed the center of the White mat using my Swiss Dots embossing folder.  The top and bottom strips were punched using a new EK Success border punch that I picked up at Joann's the other day.  Did you know Joann's also is now carrying Spellbinders dies???  Oh yes they are and YES you can use a coupon because I did it! LOLOL!!!  The brown and white gingham paper is from Pink Paislee and can be found HERE.  The darling image is from Whipper Snapper and is called Chester.  I stamped Chester on Whisper White using Black Momento ink and then colored using my Copics and Prismacolor Pencils.  I added Red, Black and Clear Copic Spica glitter, cut the image out using my rectangle Nesties and then matted him on Chocolate Chip and then Summer Sun CS.  Final step was to add my red button which I tied a bow using Linen Thread.

Super easy huh?!?  I have been working on my Verve sample cards for next weeks sneak peeks!!  I have had such a great time making my samples and can't wait to share!!!  The sneak peeks will start on Tuesday BUT on Monday, Julee will reveal the pre-release challenges so be SURE to stop by the Verve Blog on Monday to find out what they are and what awesome prizes you can win!!!
