Good Morning!
The past few weeks have been terrible here, weather wise! To top it all off, we might get more snow Monday! Oh my gosh, I hope not! The kids are back in school today and will go on Monday even though that was supposed to be a Holiday but they have missed so many days. I have had some time to stamp but of course, my mojo went on vacation without me!!! LOLOL!!! Hopefully, it will be back soon and be nice & refreshed from it's vacation!!! LOLOLOL!!!
I made this card based on Julee's Mojo sketch #125 ~
The base of this card is Select White CS with a mat of True Black and then Ripe Avocado (all from PTI). All of the DP is from MME's Love Me Collection. The lower mat is first Select White CS that I cut the bottom edge using one of my scalloped circle Nesties. I then added the red DP which was cut using the regular circle Nesties. For the top main image piece, I stamped the hot air balloons from PTI's Everyday Button Bits, using Basic Black ink. I then added a fabric brad from Basic Grey's Eskimo Kisses line and then 2 epoxy brads from Basic Grey's Valentine line from last year. The heart brad was adhered in the center of a large white button from PTI. The white button already had the silver accents on it! The "grass" is Ripe Avocado CS and was punched using my EK Success wavy border punch. The lower grass piece was adhered direction on the DP and the second grass piece was adhered using dimensionals. I then matted this piece on Pure Poppy CS, a scalloped circle of MME DP and then a circle of True Black CS. Before adding the focal piece, I added the black silk May Arts ribbon.
Here is a closer look at the hot air balloons ~
Hope you are all well and I'll be back tomorrow with my C4C creation!!!! I better get busy!!! LOLOL!!!
