Good Morning!
I haven't played along with the Featured Stamper Challenge for a long time so it was really fun to get to play along! Today's featured stamper is Alison and I chose to CASE her beautiful card HERE. I did add a few extra details on mine because it seems I can't just keep it simple! LOL!!!
Before I show you my card, I want to remind you to check out the Verve blog as Julee has all kinds of fun challenges going on this week!
OK, here is my card ~
The base of this card is Vintage Cream with a mat of Early Espresso. I tried a new technique coloring this image. I had seen where people are watercoloring with Tombow Markers so I thought since I have so much money invested in those markers, why buy more of a different brand so I watercolored with my SU! markers! I really like how it turned out. The darling Whipper Snapper image was stamped on Canson Watercolor Paper using Black Stazon ink. I added some glitter to Rudy's nose and the ornament and bells using my Copic Spica glitter pens. Believe it or not, I did not add any other glitter!! I did add MAMBI clear rhinestones though. The DP is from Cosmo Cricket's Mitten Weather Collection. The bottom was punched using my SU! border punch and the cream lace is also from SU! I added a little silver bell using May Arts cream string. The image was matted with Early Espresso CS.
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you have a great day!
~Lynda
This is adorable - I love all the cute details, especially the little bell!
