I can relate with Stella, that's why I love her so much!!!  The base of my card is True Black with the sidewalk being Going Grey and then the clouds are from MME.  I paper pieced Stella's car and colored her with my Copics.  The sun was cut using my MFT dies.

Serendipity Stamps Wednesday...Happy Halloween!!!

Hello!

Today's Serendipity Stamps challenge is to make a Halloween card or project.  I LOVE the set I used on today's card!!  I do love making Halloween cards but I never send them!  Heck, I have a hard enough time sending get well and birthday cards let alone Halloween!!!  Before I go on to my card, Serendipity Stamps just released some new stamps!  They are awesome, as usual!  You can check them all out HERE. 

All of my decorative paper is from an old collection from Memory Box.  The darling image and sentiment are from Serendipity Stamps set called Ghosties.  The base is Select White with a mat of True Black.  The black netting is from May Arts, the glitter brad from SU! and the tag punch from Martha Stewart.  I added some black twine to hold the netting together.

I stamped the image on Select White CS, cut it out and colored using my Copics.  Actually, I just colored the fence.  I then added the circle of DP and black scalloped circle that I cut using my Nesties.  That is it!  This was a super simple card!

Totally Stampalicious Sneak Peek, Day 2!!!!

Welcome to day two of sneak peeks going on at Totally Stampalicious!  Today we are peeking a darling new set called Storybook Elizabeth.  Oh my gosh is it darling! 

I seem to never have space for sentiments on my card!  This set comes with some darling ones!!!  The base of my card is Blush with a mat of Select White, Soft Suede and then a Blush frame.  I stamped the darling image using Black Memento ink and the of course colored using my Copics.  The final step was to add some Blush polka dot ribbon from PTI.

Totally Stampalicious Sneak Peek, Day 1!!!!

Hi!

Today is the first day of sneak peeks for Totally Stampalicious' new September release!  Today the DT is showing you a glimpse of the new Ava set!!  She is absolutely DARLING, as usual!!!

Another simple card!  I am getting used to these!!!  The base is Kraft, OBVIOUSLY, and the ribbon is Plum from Papertrey Ink.  I stamped Ava on Select White CS using Black Memento ink and then colored her with my Copics.  I added Black Stickles to her deely bobbers on her head, Stardust Stickles on the Clouds and Purple Stickles on her bracelet and wings.  I used my Creative Memories corner rounder to round the edges.  She was then matted with True Black CS.

Paper Pretties New Release Blog Hop!

Hi!

Welcome to Paper Pretties new release blog hop!  All of the new amazing stamps are now available HERE in the Paper Pretties store!

For my card today, I have used the NEW Fish Wishes set!  I love this set!

The base of this card is Select White and cut using my Circle Nesties.  The top scalloped panel is Brocade Blue.  I added a True Black frame and some old Disney water paper.  I stamped the darling fish on a window sheet using Black Stazon ink.  I colored the back with one of my orange Copic Markers and then added Orange Peel Stickles.  In real life it looks kindo like stained glass!

Paper Pretties Sneak Peek ~ Birthday Fishes....

Welcome to day 3 of Paper Pretties new release preview!   Today I am showing you a card I made using the brand new Fish Wishes by Victoria Case!!  It is the CUTEST fish set ever!!!  Here is my card ~

This stamp set as well as the others we have been previewing all week will be available in the Paper Pretties store tomorrow, 9/14!!!

The base of this card is Select White with a mat of True Black.  The blue is some really old paper I had laying around and then the top is an old piece of DP from SU!.  The sentiment was cut using my Quickutz thought bubble die and the top of the water was punched using my Fiskars water border punch.  I had some Jolee's stickers so that is what I put at the bottom of the sea!!  I stamped the darling fish on Select White using Black Memento ink, cut it out and colored it using my Copics.  I did add some Stardust Stickles to accent a little bit!

Totally Stampalicious ~ Have a Magical Day...

 I have been taking sports pictures for a while now but have stepped it up a notch and started my own business.  I have come to the conclusion that my prior pictures that turned out so nice, which made me think I could do this type of business, were pure luck.  There is so much more involved in taking awesome pictures!  Thank goodness for the internet and wonderful people who are so shareful with their information!!  My sons football game got cancelled this weekend due to the fields being so wet but some High School games were played so we went to one of the games that some of our friends kids play on. 

I tried some new settings on my camera and lens and am SO excited about the results.  Here are a couple pictures ~

 

 

 

Basically, I'm making excuses for being such a horrible DT member and cardmaker!!! hahaha!!!  Anyway, this is what has been keeping me so busy which is AWESOME!  I wouldn't want it any other way but maybe a little extra time to catch up?!?!?  lolol

Our Totally Stampalicous challenge today is anything goes!  Well, that works for me because I had made this card a few weeks ago and will fit PERFECTLY into the challenge!!!

The base of this card is Select White with a mat of Early Espresso and some scraps of DP I had laying around.  The darling image and sentiment is from the Friendly Dexter set.  Dexter was stamped on Select White CS using Black Memento ink.  I then colored with my Copics and cut him out.  The sentiment was stamped using Early Espresso ink.

Paper Pretties New Release Blog Hop!

Hello!

Today is our second day of Paper Pretties NEW Release Blog hop!  Today, to celebrate a day full of football, we are peeking the brand new Victoria Case set called "Football".  How appropriate!  It will be available in the Paper Pretties store on Wednesday, September 14th.  You can find out all the details HERE on the Paper Pretties blog!

My card was SUPER easy!  The base is Select White and then I embossed the Early Espresso CS using an OLD embossing folder which for the life of me I can't remember!  I'm old so this is to be expected!! hahahaha  I added some "grass" using Old Olive CS, my Martha Stewart Grass punch and sponged Old Olive ink on the blades.  I stamped the football player on Select White CS, colored with Copics and cut him out!  See how easy. 

Next up on the hop is Taylor!!!  I know she has something wonderful to share!

Crazy 4 Challenges ~ Peace, Love and Friendship!!

Hi!

Today's Crazy challenge is a color challenge!  I hate color challenges....I'm not very good at them....  I have been wanting to ink up my NEW Hippie Dottie stamp and thought today's challenge would be perfect!

The base of this card is Vintage Cream with a mat of True Black.  The DP is from Basic Grey's Pyrus Collection.  I stamped Dottie on Vintage Cream using Black Memento ink and then colored her with my Copics.  I then cut her out using my Circle Nesties and matted with a circle cut using my Lacey Circle dies.  The final step was to add some brown twine which I see has a scrap piece stuck to it...geez, I swear....hahahahaha!

Serendipity Stamps Wednesday...Winter Farm....

Hi!

Today's Serendipity Stamps challenge is to make a Christmas card!  Well, that sounds easy enough especially because Serendipity Stamps has some of the MOST BEAUTIFUL Holiday stamps around.  You can see them HERE!  I decided to make a simple card and actually had envisioned it to look different than it turned out but regardless, the stamp is GORGEOUS!

 

The base of this card is Soft Suede with a mat of Kraft.  I stamped the beautiful sentiment on the Kraft CS using Ranger's Frayed Burlap ink.  The sentiment is included in THIS Winter Doe set which is also beautiful!  I stamped the Winter Farm image on Naturals Ivory CS using Frayed Burlap ink.  I did not color anything except the houses which I used my red Prismacolor Pencil.  I distressed the edges, added the gold ribbon and some old MME Christmas paper and was done!
