Good afternoon everyone! I made this card for a ribbon challenge on Caardvarks HERE. This was really a simple card. All of the decorative paper is Cutie Pie from SU! and I also used Saffron, Rose Red, Bashful Blue and Celery CS.
Sorry to cut this short by my family needs me to join them in our evening tennis match!!! We have so much fun. I will finish up the details shortly but I wanted to upload now because Caardvarks challenge deadline is today!!!
OK, I'm baaaaaccckkk!
The base of this card is celery and is 5 1/4" square. I layered Cutie Pie striped decorative paper, then Rose Red CS, the polka dot Cutie Pie paper. The CS squares are 2" square and the Whisper White CS is 1 3/4" square. The cupcake stamp is a $1 stamp I got from Michael's years ago. I used multiple ribbon and silver eyelets. The center "medallion" started with the Enjoy your day stamp from Riveting. I stamped this in Rose Red (classic) and clear embossed on Celery CS. I cut the circle out and then punched a 1 1/4" circle from one of the floral Cutie Pie papers, punched a 1/2" circle from some striped decorative paper (this is under the polka dot brad) and then attached the brad. I did use stickles on the cupcakes. I made the "flower" petals from SU! silver cord. I kept looping it and taping it down as I went and got the look I wanted. Really easy!
Thanks for looking!
