Hello!
I have a couple Christmas cards to share with you today! These are both for the Jingle Belles challenges from last week and this week! The first one is from last week's challenge which was to make a card without using red. That's easy enough!
The base of this card is Soft Suede with a mat of Vintage Cream. All of the DP on both cards is from Cosmo Cricket's Mitten Weather Collection. The beautiful tree image and snowflakes are from Paper Pretties O Christmas Tree set. The tree was stamped on Vintage Cream using Perfect Plum ink, cut out using my rectangle Nesties and before removing the die, I sponged Crumb Cake ink. The trunk is Soft Suede ink as is the star at the top of the tree. I then added some taupe rhinestones to the tree and a lavender one on the star.
Here is a closer look ~
Here is my card for this weeks challenge which is a sketch ~
I don't know if it is my computer or these pictures don't look so great! These are both really pretty in real life! LOL!!! The base of this card is Crumb Cake with 2 different patterns of DP from the Mitten Weather Collection. I stamped the beautiful snowflake from Paper Pretties O Christmas Tree set directly on the DP using Crumb Cake ink. The punch I used is my Fiskars Apron border punch. The little white doily is from my new Spellbinders Doily Motifs. The sentiment is from Verve's Winter Mittens set and was stamped on Crumb Cake CS using Crumb Cake ink. I then added Soft Sky ribbon, a kraft button and natural burlap string.
I hope you have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
~Lynda
